❌ NO DEPOSIT ❌ NO APPOINTMENT ❌
APPOINTMENTS ARE ENCOURAGED While we are happy to accommodate same-day appointments when we can, we tend to fill our schedules & cannot always accept walk-ins. You can schedule ahead by texting or booking online.
There’s a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to APPLE PAY, ZELLE or PAYPAL (inbox or text to ask about Apple Pay if you don’t have a Zelle or PayPal) & remaining balance due in CASH ONLY at time of appointment. ANY appointment over $300 requires a $100 deposit.
ALL DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF BOOKING OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED ‼️
Your deposit IS TRANSFERABLE but you can only reschedule ONCE within the same month, after that you will have to pay a NEW deposit. Deposit is only refunded if I have to cancel your appointment for emergencies or personal reasons. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY If you have an issue with your set I will gladly work with you to fix the issue, but I do not issue refunds.
Any SAME DAY service fee or SQUEEZE IN appointments will be an $15 fee. Any appointments booked before 8am & at/after 5pm there will be an $25 fee towards your service.. $25 fee ENFORCED on SUNDAY as well as Holiday Fees (Be sure to SELECT Holiday Fee/Early Appointments/Late Appointment/Sunday Booking etc. when booking your services)

~ BOOKING INFORMATION
* When booking your appointment, please be sure that you book the correct date & time that best accommodates you ‼️
* Please make sure your hair is shampooed, blow dried, & detangled before arriving to your appointment & also OIL FREE if you’re booking a service that offer its, absolutely no products upon arrival to appointment.
* BE ON TIME, if for some reason you can not make your appointment & need to cancel notify 24 to 48 hours before your appointment. I am very understanding and do know things happen out of our control, please keep the communication & we can work to get you another appointment scheduled.
* When booking for kids please if your child will not sit through the service being provided do not book this will cause a strain on the stylist & the child & the service provided will not be able to be preformed. Kids must be dropped off parents are asked to leave kids for this allows a smooth process when parents are not there to be a distraction. Thanks so much for your understanding. All kids ages 1-13. Parents are allowed to leave snacks, as well as portable electronics while kid is being serviced. 
* No extra people unless being serviced.
* No same day appointments.
* Please confirm all appointments. Confirmation text/email will be sent out day before failure to reply and confirm will result in cancellation.
*Bookings outside of Alabama PLEASE CONTACT ME before completely booking appointment, MUST HAVE 3 OR MORE CLIENTS. Traveling Fee is mandatory $50-$100.

* Please sit in you vehicle until your scheduled appointment time.
* ALL morning appts for respective purposes, DO NOT knock on the door. Remain in your vehicle please.
* I’ll text all clients before your appointment date & time.
~ CANCELLATION POLICY KINDLY NOTE THAT WE OPERATE A 48HR. CANCELLATION POLICY
* Cancellations made less than 48hours prior to appointment will result in a 50% charge of the full service. * No shows/cancellations made less than 3hours prior to appointment will result in a 100% charge of the full service.
* If you have to cancel or reschedule, you may do so thru the site or you can text me to let me know any changes of plans. If you fail to contact me, you forfeit your deposit & will not be able to book again ‼️ Thank you for understanding.
~ LATE POLICY
* If you are running late please let us know as we operate on a timed schedule.
* Grace period is 10 Minutes. If you do not communicate to us that you'll be running late within this grace period, after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged the half price of your service. You will be able to reschedule for your next best convenience.
* PLEASE STOP TO GET CASH OR HAVE YOUR FORM OF PAYMENT READY BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. No I cannot complete your service & let you pick up the payment afterwards.
